| How to make reservation | |||||||||
After choosing appropriate services or package tour,
please devote your time in order to better understand the booking
conditions .

| Value | |||||||||
All the values calculated for guests are based on the USD
and are valid in accordance with times in regard to the price proclaimed
on website or invoice by 333TOUR.
|
|||||||||
| Validity of the booking | |||||||||
After obtaining an agreement on programs , services ,
prices between guests and 333TOUR , the booking will be
confirmed as valid by 333TOUR , as from the time
333TOUR has received the deposit-30% of the total expenditure , as
proposed . The remaining amount shall be paid to 333TOUR
at
least 7 days before the guest’s departure or the beginning of the
service . In case that on the date of implementation of service , 333TOUR
doesn’t pay up , the booking is considered as cancelled
and the deposit will not be refunded to the guest.

| Voucher | |||||||||
Voucher will be issued by
333TOUR right after
the payment by the guest is completed . A detailed program will be sent
by mail/fax with the voucher to the guest.

| Cancellation of the booking | |||||||||
If you want to cancel the booking or to cancel certain
services , please advise us at least 10 days before the service begins .
In the event costs for the service cancellation arise ( due to
application by suppliers ) the costs for cancellation will be deducted
from the amount prepaid by you to 333TOUR
.
In Case 333TOUR doesn’t receive notice or 333TOUR receives in delay – compared with the time stated above , the deposit will not be refunded to you and will be used for paying to the suppliers the costs for service cancellation. |

| Claim | |||||||||
During the time of utilization of services supplied by
333TOUR , should you be bothered by anything , please contact us urgently in
order that we will try to do our best to satisfy you .
After the tour is terminated , within 15 days , should you have any claim about services supplied by us , please write / fax us your claim and related evidence ( Fax number 662-2400617 ). We shall write back you within 7 days as of the reception of your claim . We shall satisfactorily pay damages on services for which you make complaint and when 333TOUR is at fault.
